Sisika Penitentiary is a maximum-security prison facility in the Lannahechee River. The island is visible from the highest points of Grizzlies East and from beyond the in-game borders. If you attempt to reach the island by any means, the screen will automatically turn black and you will be teleported to Saint Denis.
While inaccessible in free roam, the prison can be reached and explored through the use of an exploit. You walk around an abandoned prison, take pictures, and leave.
Reaching Sisika Penitentiary
Have full health, stamina and horse cores. Start the Cecil Tucker Bounty Mission with one or two stars. You need two lives.
Go from Fort Brennand to the most southeastern point at Copperhead Landing.
Swim on your horse to the most northern top of the prison island. Halfway at the island border line you will drawning with your horse. The screen goes black and you will respawn in Saint Denis.
Restart the bounty mission. After respawning at Fort Brennand go back to Copperhead Landing and swim a second time to the prison island. This time you will arrive.
